i was circumcised 20 years ago but was never happy with the result. i want to get a tighter job done and would love to hear from anyone who has had this done.did it turn out well,was it worth it?did it have any side effects on erections?

I have a fully functional foreskin and I can't imagine being without it, It's been the source of so much pleasure for me and my wife.
However if I was going to have it done I would want it to be high and tight, preserving as much of the inner foreskin as possible. I wouldn't want any loose skin bunching up behind the corona.
I guess you will need someone who will do the cutting "freehand" to get what you want. If he/she measures and marks it correctly I don't see why there should be any problem. I think it needs to be measured and marked while you have an erection, to get it right. For that you may need to find a female surgeon. I think mine would go down very quickly if a male doctor touched it, if I could even get it up 8-|

I seriously thought about it one time but my wife didn't like the idea at all. We tried having sex several times with my foreskin pulled all the way back to see how it felt. She said it was very uncomfortable for her, having my bare head rub against her vaginal wall. We tried quite a few times with plenty of lube but she didn't like it. :-(
