My boyfriend and I hate using a condom when we have sex however I do not want to get pregnant so before he's about to come he releases. Is there a chance I can get pregnant from us doing that?

Any sexual contact carries the risk of pregnancy. Precum may contain sperm. It only takes one.
The pull-out method, which is what it sounds like you're doing, is NOT a form of birth control. It is very risky.
Either you use birth control or he does. It's the only way to reduce the risk of pregnancy.
