noticeable acne and light brown hairs on my breast

I have these noticeable hairs on my breast and it is freaking me out, like something is wrong with me/ body and its not those you have to get close up hairs its the hairs you can see like a foot away. I also have ance between my breast and ance scaring, and i feel so self conscious about it especially in the summer and I don't know how to get rid of it, I have this problem for many years now and to scared to ask my doctor about it. Please if you know anything that will get rid of this please tell me!!!!!
