Hello.
I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing pain and problems since your carpal tunnel surgery, and that two of your fingers are now completely numb. Based on the results of your MRI and EMG, it sounds like you may have developed a condition called carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) again or developed another nerve compression disorder.
In some cases, surgery may be able to repair or alleviate the symptoms of CTS or other nerve compression disorders. However, the success of the surgery depends on several factors, including the severity of your condition, your overall health, and the expertise of the surgeon.
It would be best to speak with your doctor or a specialist who can assess your situation and recommend the best course of action. They may recommend non-surgical treatment options such as physical therapy or medication, or they may suggest a revision surgery or a different surgical approach to address the nerve compression.
Have you been at check-up yet. When is the next one?
