I have been on Lamictol for about 9 months now and it has been a life changer. HOWEVER I have no sex drive what so ever and it is effecting my relationship. Does anyone have any suggestions? Also I never had much depression before taking this med...mostly mania, but now I get depressed. Dont people usually take Lamictol with anither kind of medication, and if so what works the best.?

I'm going to have to guess your gender since I'm not sure which you are! :-) As for ways to help kick your sex drive back into gear, it's a difficult thing when you are taking medication. If you are a man, then have you tried any erectile dysfunction drugs? Those can help you with your sex drive somewhat. As for your depression, people can take it in conjunction. As for what works best, I think it might be a good idea to talk to your pharmacist or your physician about it. Does anyone else here take these?
