Hi , I am 24 years old now.. when I was 15 I think I had a swelling in my left testicle and I thought it was due to masterbation and didnt take it seriously. When I noticed few days later it disappeared. Hence I had only one testicle from the age of 15. I never discussed this with any doctors( i know its a big mistake) but I checked sperm count it was normal .

I am active with sex and I never felt any pain till now. I had 4 gf's and I feel we didnt have any problem with sex. Ok no sex is not the problem and am confident I will be a father.

But my main concern is do you think that testicle is still in my body (tube between scrotum and abdomen) ? if so why i didnt have any pain ?? I know its a serious cause for cancer but I would like to whether its still in my body but i don't feel anything .. do you think it just vanished ?? can that happen??

I apologise if my language was harsh at any point!

Hey there did you ever have 2 testicles in your scrotum? You probably have a condition known as an undecended testee. It is not that uncommon and is where the one or both testies stays in the abdomen or inguinal canal. The way to figure out where it is is by ultrasound/MRI or CT scan. You mentioned you have pain? Can you describe it for me. What it is like where its at and what makes it come on? Thanks

Ok i think I understand now.... So are you overweight at all? did you start puberty before your testicle dissappeared? was that testicle a lot smaller than the other one?

It would probably be a good idea to get them checked out.
