Hi, I can’t reach an orgasm most of the time when I have sex. Has it something to do with my inability to relax or is it some disease?

Hi, you are not the only woman that is not able to reach orgasm. As a matter of fact, many women suffer from female sexual dysfunction. It is wrong to believe that you are responsible for not enjoying sex. If you are alone, masturbation can enable you to determine what feels right for you. If you have a partner, talking come to certain solution. Women have orgasm by stimulation of clitoris, and it is often under stimulated during sexual intercourse. Orgasms are favorable for health as they relieve tension and act as natural tranquillizer. After sex endorphin is released and it’s calming effect is powerful.

it depends on your age.
Most women dont reach orgasm during sex until their mid 20's when they know exactly what they want,
masturbating and trying different sexual positions and techniques can help, you can still enjoy sex with out having an orgasm.
Men are made to cum because they need to produce sperm, women dont NEED to. Were meant to enjoy sex, but an orgasm is a bonus!

Actually, in response to what Aylamarie said, it's not true that women don't "need" to orgasm. Both males and females orgasm for important evolutionary reasons, it's not just to enjoy sex. When a woman climaxes, her muscles contract and suck up the sperm, bringing it closer to where it needs to go, thereby increasing the chance of conception. You can still get pregnant even if you don't come, of course, but having those contractions helps. So females are actually meant to orgasm. I'm not sure why it's usually so hard for women, though.
But to comment on the original post, I have the same problem, actually. You could ask a family care specialist or related doctor about it. That's what I did, although my doc was actualy not helpful at all lol. And her pronouncing clitorus as a cliTORus kinda freaked me out. Anyway, good luck! Try to relax during sex, don't feel pressured to come, try different positions, like holding your legs close together to tighten yourself, and communicate freely with your partner.

fuqaduq I think that you might be better off going to a sexpert instead of seeing a doctor about it. I know that might sound strange byt generally they know what they're talking about more than physicians! Have you seen one before?

You should masturbate and try to get REALLY wet first. Try using an electronic toothbrush, or a portable shower head. Being wet is important.
When you have sex make sure to give a lot of your attention to your g-spot because that is the #1 way to have an orgasm. If using fingering push hard and massage your g-spot while massaging your clit. That should you. For you clit use combos of different presures and speed.
