GO TO THE DR.   I had a yeast infection over and over .. developed one of these .. several times .. blew it off as a ingrown hair .........

Now every-time I have a recurring one I have to call the dr ...........why .. I had cancer cells from the top all the way out .. not to scare you but do take it serious ... get checked ... I am not even sure what I would of looked like down below if they had to remove everything .. I got for another biopsy in a couple weeks .  FYI my "yeast Infection" was not yeast - it was irritation brought on my irregular cells...

Well I had this exact same thing happen to me, and I ended up in the hospital for 3 days. I had to have surgery to get all of the infection out and then was pumped full of antibodies for 3 days, the infection went into my groin. I did let this go on for months until I could no longer stand the pain and could not squeeze the pus out due to the pain being so bad. I finally went to the doctor, thinking they would just lance it for me, but ended up in the ER whom ended up admitting me and doing emergency surgery. They did call it something, but dang if I remember, you know them medical terms. That was about 3 years ago, now today I woke up with this again, I am praying I will not have to go through this again, I am unemployed and have no health insurance, so I am praying that I will be able to rid of this before another terrible infection ramps my body. Don't mess around, it could kill you.

I just found out I have a zit right at the opening of my vagina and I'm on my period. It hurts whenever I sit. Its my first time with this and I'm not sexually active. A couple of days before my period I changed my underwear and it was not a cotton one which I usually wear. Do you think that's a cause? I hope it goes away soon. It's bad enough to be in a heavy period but to also have a zit... :

It's an ingrown hair, I had it in my vaginal area and my armpit as well, don't get too worried..yes, if you mess with it it will become very swollen and may be painful depending on your pain tolerance, it will go away in a matter of weeks, if not within the month see a dermatologist and get a prescription antibiotics and don't stop using the anti robotics when the skin is back to the norm, keep using it till the antibiotics is gone

Please don't be ashamed. This is an inflammation of the Bartholyn's glands. These are two glands just on the inside of your inner lips and they are the gland that secrete lubrication (so we don't feel like sandpaper when we walk) and sometimes they get clogged. They can get very swollen up (I had one like a golf ball and believe me I panicked!!!). But please know, it is a very common and completely benign thing and no more disgusting than a pimple on your face. Your gynecologist can drain them. Also if you sit in a hot bath with several cups ( a LOT) of Epsom salts, let the salts soak in for 15 minutes and then kind of massage the swelling gently yourself (very gently, you may need to work your fingers "under" the bump inside the entrance to your vagina--it feels odd at first but it really will help) they will often drain on their own. But please see your gynecologist and please understand this is NOT an STD and NOTHING to be ashamed or disgusted about. We women get embarrassed when something goes wrong "down there," but as I said it is NOTHING to be ashamed about.

Yes you are right. I had problems for years until last year surgery when doctor removed one of my gland.
They are painful and i remember my self Google every std online (even though i am married and no reason to panic like that) until i finally go see doctor.
