I had especially bad heart palpitations (pac) when I was pregnant with my first child. The only treatment I got from my cardiologist was heart monitor which I wear for a day to record my heart beats. First three months were the worst. Anyway according to results he claimed that I do not need treatment. I know that feeling palpitations (pac) while you are sitting quietly watching a movie is not normal. I haven’t done anything about it yet. I’ve been told that lots of people have palpitations.

I wish I knew back then when I was pregnant what I know now about heart palpitations (pac). I’ve been told that I am having magnesium deficiencies. That was long ago, where there was no internet, so I didn’t know where to search or who to ask what is going on. My son is born healthy but he is very sensitive, he often gets allergies, gets easily injured…I wonder since then if I had had more magnesium when I was pregnant if he would have been a healthier child than he is today. Those palpitations (pac) were warning which I didn’t understand.
