I have really heavy periods with lots of big clotting and unbearable cramps.

my mind is usally anxious but it is rediculious right now considering it is also causing urinary retention and pain

in the bladder from stress. it makes it impossible to sleep when i spend at least 2 hours in the bathroom just trying to calm my nerves each time. how can i tell my brain that everytime i stand or sit when having unbearble pain and cramping

that i wont bleed to death like my mind always thinks will happen. How do i de stress and not worry about things i cannot control so my body will work normally without cauing pressure problems and fatique because i canot get attique sleep.

 

how can i divert my mind and learn to relax my muscles, be sure someone wont walk in on me and you cannot blead to death or die because of pain.

please help.

Maybe try listening to what I call "Yoga Sounds" it is only relaxing music. You can find it on CD's in shops or on YouTube. They don't personally work for me but everyone is different :)
