Drink water, lay off of alcohol and coffee. Watch your masturbation levels, and the flow of urine. High masturbation count can make it frequent and it's trigger usually on urination in faster paces. This is what I was told overall from a collection of sources.

I get this unfortunately too, but as everyone else if having this problem too, i get dehydrated alot, i wonder if it is realated dehydration rather than alcohol consumption, i recently found out i have IBS(irritable bowel syndrome) which is causing my dehydration through diarrhea, dehydration, not enough lubrication(internally)

This is all speculation, but when you think about it, it makes perfect sense...

just happened to me but instead of alcohol im taking ibuprophin. which is a blood thinner. this makes your eurethra narrower than usual after sex because of increased bloddflow. so the pressure of your bladder pushes on the constrained vessels at the top and pushing hard furthers the pain. your penises urethra is dependent on blood flow restriction whixh blood thinners like alchohol by inhibit

I don't think so this has happened to me on and off for the past couple of years I'm almost 18 now and I have never been drinking when this has happened it's just seems to be if I pee too soon before or after ejaculation I'd assume it happens because of friction inside your urethra between the semen and the piss but whatever it is makes me want to shoot myself currently waiting for it to stop so I can go to sleep. PS the first time this happened to me it lasted a couple days but usually it's just a couple hours at most

That happens to everyone....to prevent this urinate just before ejaculation ...it will reduce the urge to pee. Now if u urinate just after ejaculation there will be pain. Control the urge for 15 to 20 min and the pee. The problem will be solved

This is happening with lots of people, so it is common. As I noticed I m pretty active in sex and happens during the first pee of ejavulation but not always.. I do masterbate daily.. very occasionally I skip a day and than I masterbate and during this first urinatiin after masterbation the pain do come..rather than that I haven't noticed any other means. Any permanent solution n accurate reason would be really helpful to many..

I read on an other forum that pain occurs when the semen gland and the urine gland touch. So basically you won't have pain if you pee before ejaculation.

Dont just take large amounts of ibuprofin. If there are heart problems in your family ibuprofin is really bad for you. Just suck it up and wish for it to go over. Or just wait until you sober up.

It's not at all unusual to have a burning sensation with urination immediately or shortly after ejaculation - especially if you ejaculated more than once. It usually just means that the urethra is irritated by the force of those ejaculations. It also leads to the desire to urinate.

If you have any burning with urination when you haven't recently masturbated, you should see a doctor as soon as possible. He or she can check for prostate or other urinary tract infection or for non-specific urethritis.
