My bro’s. We’ll unite together in this horrible discomfort. 90% it happens when I master bate, usually never with sex. Drinking alcohol then j/o usually sets it off as well. I walk around my house contemplating the fate of my existence. Currently sitting on my toilet now dangling in the water trying to get it to stop by any means. I have work in the morning and it got me out of bed. Makes me hate my life for those 30 some odd minutes. Don’t worry fellas, you’re not alone and it’s not from our favorite 19 year side b***h we turn to every Tuesday night when we’re suppose to be out with the boys instead getting a mouth full of glorious young bootyhole. Be safe out there

I've been facing this problem since a long time.. may be 2 years... I'm 20 now
If this burning sensation occurs only after masturbation or after you poo and goes away on it's own after certain time.. there is no problem in you.. many people face this problem and are still healthy
What I do for releif is sit on the toilet and let the pain ease.. another thing you can do is take shower or anything that gets your focus away from pain.. exercise helps too

Had this problem for years and finally had a doctor refer me to a physical therapist who cracked the code! The issue is with the muscles in your pelvic floor. They're too tight. Stress, anxiety, over-kegeling, etc, you've over tightened your levator ani. One of these muscles rests at the base of your urethra and when it becomes irritated, that sensation can travel upward. For whatever reason, urinating while drinking causes considerable irritation to said muscles. This is partially because the tightened muscles make it harder to urinate, forcing you to push harder and further the irritation. If you orgasm too soon after, you're forcing already irritated muscles to spasm and contract.

Your prostate is fine and you can do a lot to get those muscles relaxed. It's not an STD. Have a doctor refer you to a physical therapist who specials in pelvic floor therapy. One thing you can do in the meantime is learn about relaxing the pelvic muscles and letting go of tension. Also, stop kegeling or contracting your pelvic floor muscles during sex or masturbation so much. Learn to relax and let them hang somewhat neutral.

Hope this helps!

Same observation as Lew3fSA, not all alcohols impact me the same way. I can't remember the last time I felt the discomfort (mild burning irritation) after drinking wine or liquor. I can tell you that it happens just about every time I drink beer and ejaculate.
For reference I'm in my mid-40s and recall this happening since my late 20's. Prior to that I didn't drink much.

Reading this whole thread it seems that two distinct issues are being discussed and at times comingled. One is related to a discomfort (irritation, burning, pain) somewhere along the urinary tract after ejaculation. Others are discussing the muscle pain that manifests or is perceived as a more dull but significant ache and feels like a bowel movement is needed.

I experience both, not at the same time, and they are very different and respond differently to various coping mechanisms. For the dull pain, at least for me, it's exactly what the quoted post mentioned, a spasm or cramp in my pelvic floor muscles. I respond well to Tylonol, Advil, (take your pick NSAID) pain reliever.

For the urinary tract discomfort, only time fixes it. It's bad enough that I'll turn down sex or not masturbate if I've had more than a couple beers.

The worst part of this is in the night, because once you got this pain, you can sleep.

I too have the same problem and have since I was a teenager (33 now).Really sucks. Hard to have a healthy relationship with someone when every time you have sex it's followed by 30-40 min of pain on the toilet. Been to Dr. but no luck. Good luck
