Alright, so recently I've been getting it a lot. It's like, when I'm sitting or moving I start breathing hard and by that I mean that I can barely breathe and I get awful pain in my left chest area. The pain is just...horrible.It lasts for a minute or so.I keep getting it every two or three days. It's been happening a lot lately and I'm kind of worried. %-)

First - for the record - if you are having chest pain that is worrying you this much the best bet is always to go to the emergency department...not a great idea to try to diagnose yourself because time is important - but I will try to render my OPINION if I can get some more information from you...
Several questions:
1. How old are you?
2. What exactly are you usually doing when the pain starts? Are you usually at rest, or are you doing something that exerts you?
3. Can you describe the pain - stabbing, crushing, tearing, squeezing, etc?
4. When you are having the pain - can you do anything to make it better or worse - like taking a deep breath, holding your breath, or applying pressure to that area?
5. Where exactly is the pain - you say left chest area, but where - near your nipple, under your armpit, closer to your shoulder?
6. Do you have any medical history - take any medications?

1. I recently made 14.
2. It happens at random.
3.The pain is...I'd say stabbing.It's sharp.Doesn't last long though.From 10-60 seconds.
4. I sit somewhere and pull my legs up to my chest while bent and put my hands at the area of the pain and I've no idea if it helps or not.
5.Right under my nipple, yeah.Left part of the...chest. |:
6.Not at all.

I would go to the doctor to reassure yourself. But given everything - your age, the location of the pain, no risk factors, etc. I would have to say it is most likely muscular or plural (the lining between your cheat and lungs) pain. Cardiac (heart) pain is much more steady, can not be made better or worse with positioning and is almost never present in someone your age. The only diagnositic tool to rule this out though is an EKG and maybe blood work so get yourself checked to be 100% certain - but honestly, don't let yourself worry about it too much. You should be ok!!

One more thought - on an off chance...comes with more questions though first:
1. Are you athletic? If so what sports?
2. How tall are you?
3. How much do you weigh?
4. How long ago did you start puberty?

1.I simply FAIL at sports and everything related. So I don't really train and all that c**p...lol 8-|
2.About 1.70?Not really sure, but I think it's around that.
3.I weigh about 46.5kilos which should be 102lbs
4.A really long time ago.Considering that I'm shaving every four-five days :-)

HAHA...ok...well there is a phenomenon - usually witnessed in taller, skinnier athletes - where they experience a spontaneous pneumothorax - a puncturing of the lung essentially...that can cause chest pain. That is usually a constant pain with increasingly sever shortness of breath though - and I don't think you would have been able to tolerate it this long.
Do me a favor - let me know what you find out when you go to the doctor!
Be good!

So, everything's fine, nothing to worry about. It's something very common to boys my age, he said.Said I should exercise less...Which I don't do at all, the heck? And that it could happen but very seldom. He mentioned some name of that but if you think I'd remember something as long as that, you're bloody insane XD ."pneumothorax" sounded something like that, don't remember. %-)
Anywho, everything's fine...Should be.
