Okay, so yesterday morning I woke up with a pain in my chest and throat. It felt a lot similar to swallowing a pill and it not going all the way down. It fills like something is just stuck in there. It still hurts me today and the pain has gotten worse. It especially hurts whenever I swallow. I am a 17 year old girl, if that helps at all. Also today I woke up with a pain on the lower right side of my back..I'm thinking that's where your kidney is. Also the night before the morning I woke up with this pain I drank alcohol. I'm not sure if that has anything at all to do with it. Please help. I'm open to any suggestions as to what this might be.

At your age I wouldn't be too worried...
Try checking out the following possible causes-
Bronchitis, pregnant, indigestion.
Things to rule out - thyroid, blood count.
Generally if you have kidney issues, you would know by the following symptoms-
Dark urine, urine frequency, swolen face,ankles,wrists.
Possible Jaundice and a lot of pain in that area.
Another possible cause - anxiety.
3 of the serious issues which cause chest pain and a sore throat are - lungs,heart or eosphigitus.
If you don't have a cough - generally not lungs.
ECG is fine - generally not heart
Eosphigitus - endoscopy comes back fine.
At ur age I wouldn't think Any of the above three.
