Pain in left testicle or groin strain?

I'm 46 and have exactly the same discomfort. Urine/ blood test show nothing? Ultrasound scheduled this week. Any further info would be greatly appreciated, since my Dr & his 2 PAs' are a loss for diagnosis.

I got a pain in my right testis after it got hit. Sometimes it fells strain and the pain goes to my right hip. Any remedies?

HI i am 33 years old, Ok i had pain in my left testicle on in off again for years it felt like someone sock me there, and i could not even walk so i called my mother who pretty much is a doctor and she told me to take some AZO and drinks lots of water, so i did that and it work for years so when i was in pain i would then take 2 azo then pee red and then next few hours or a day i was fine. but then a few months back i was checking myself in the shower and found a lump on my left testicle but my dad has one too so like a guy since it did not hurt, I avoided it intel one day i did something i dont no if it was sex or when i was working but it started to hurt in my left testicle and the lump was hurting most of all, so i thought the worst so i went to my doctor she did xrays and sent me to the urologist. and it come back no cancer and not a pulled groin either it was CYST thank god but it hurts like hell so my doctor gave me strong antibiotics and take ibuprofin, so i hope that helps out some of you guys but do get check bye the doctor or go to the hospital if the pain is bad my doctor said i should have just went to the hospital cause it is not worth losing your life over it!!! and i believe in prayers too.prayes help it could have been much worst

There is nothing to worry take anti inflammatory tabs and drink maximum water to reduce infection if there is gland it may be due to injury or infection

Hey that s interesting because I smoke a lot of weed and it also seems to be after I smoke that I experience that kind of pain. My similar discomfort started after playing hockey, I don't play professional at all so I never really stretch properly when playing, I guess that's negligence that caused it.

I have the same problem, I find for me, what helps is a "planking" exercise. My pain is within the left testicle area. When I plank, I fully extend and lift my right leg as high as possible. My inner left groin muscle will pull and relieve the pain. I find that, for me, is the only solution to the discomfort. In addition it stretches my lower abdomen. I discomfort started when I became less active and started working in an office. I was sitting 8 hours a day typing and wasn't until the last two years this discomfort came. I hope this helps.

If you're still having problems, look into sports hernia doctors and contact one explaining your symptoms. I spent 3 1/2 years undiagnosed until finding a doctor who understood the nature of injury.

Have someone do a psoas release on the inside of your pelvis, or feel around for a tight spot there compared to the other side once found push on it for a bit and see if the helps the pain, i went through this for ten years before a pt did this move 90% of discomfort removed.

Hello. Thats exactly the case for me. For many years ive masterbated in a weird way with my balls trapped between my legs. I would feel the pain but continue to do it. It finally caught up with me to where i now seem to have permanent low hanging scrotum and causes pain while sitting and other positions. Better when standing. I took anti inflammatory for a few days but that did not work. What has worked for you? I notice that I now also have excess skin in my scrotum. I did an ultrasound but they say everything is normal.

That's identical to what's going on with me including the stomach. I wake up in the morning to a sick stomach
