For days now my thighs have been in horrible pain, only when I have pants or shorts on. The second I take my pants or shorts off the pain is gone. I don't know what is wrong and thats what I'm trying to find out. I don't know if this would help but, I play freshman football, I am in a good state of health, and I did have a blood disease, HSP or Henoch-Schonlein Purpura in my thighs, that has not been active for seven years now, and gastric reflux when I was about three, four months.
Since you say it only hurts when you have your clothes on sounds to me like some kind of a skin problem. Are there any changes on the surface of the skin at all? If it was muscle strain or just tiredness you will probably know because you are used to those kinds of things.
