my boyfriend has one testical bigger then the other and is in pain with them both he also has pain down his right leg and his bum. his pee is bright yellow/orange can you help thanks
He obviously needs to see a doctor and have this checked. If one testicle is noticably bigger than the other that is a reason more to check to rule out a tumor.
Although tumors rarely hurt, I wouldn't be playing with enlarged testicles.
It could also be hernia.
