Hi. I am a guy 21 years old who likes to jog. I run marathons from time to time, and I get some strange pain in my calves. I don’t know, it’s weird. Anyways, I noticed that if I do a lot of stretching, it don’t hurt that bad. Have anything like this ever happened to you. Does muscle stretching help?

Well ,technically, it does help. It helps a lot. I recommend a better warm – up routine, because it will decrease possibility of pain. But that pain could mean something else. If I was you, I would look more into it. Go see a doctor maybe? And maybe it would be a good idea to make a pause every once in a while…
