For the last 5 days I've been experiencing pain while urinating. In the beginning it wasnt that painful but now it has gotten worse. The pain doesnt occur when I first start peeing, but rather when I'm letting the last drops out. Also, there is no blood in the urine itself, but when I'm done and I hold a tissue to my vagina, there is a pink color like possible blood. My boyfriend who is my only sexual partner got tested 2 weeks ago and came up clean for everything, can this be an STD?

It sounds like you have a urinary tract infection. This often causes painful urination and spotting. I suggest you go to urgent care ASAP and get treated.
