Sounds like it is related to GERD- Esophageal dysphagia which I am currently dealing with. When you eat a big meal it can't get through the LES ( sphincter muscle to the stomach) and backs up and causes pain. See a Gastroenterologist- it sounds familiar to what I have. I am going for an ultrasound in a few days so I could have been misdiagnosed which is nothing new. They also call it Globus- look it up..

Hi I am a 15 year old black male. I have had the same symptoms for approximately 6 months. I have seen four different doctors currently seeing a pain management doctor. I was diagnosed with shingles without a rash. Of course it could not say 100% but that's what it was believed to be. I have been told that I have nerve damage because of the shingles and the pain could go on for years. I'm very sad after reading all of the other post. I was hoping to find some good news. Currently I'm on pain meds, but my doctor is reluctant because of all of the opiates deaths to continue prescription. Of course he won't have a choice next time goes on. Honestly I don't want to take anything I just want a solution. So if someone find something please post. Side note I doctor did tell me to check into I believe it's called CBDs. It's supposed to be related to a marijuana type pain reliever. It's ordered online. Has anyone heard of this? I am very reluctant to order anything off the internet

Have you seen a chiropractor? I have gone around for months with ribs out of place, numbness and shortness of breath. Turned out I had a hiatal hernia and my chiro adjusted it out.

If you find out what that is let me know. Sounds exactly like my problem... same tests with no results. Exercise ticks it off I can actually feel a muscle pulsing to start the rest of the symptoms. But the band thing is hard to discribe... you nailed it. I tried wearing different bras thinking the pain was in that area... needless to say that did nothing.

I was in an accident a year ago. Everysince that, I have pain that feels like a golf ball size knot in and under my rib on the left. It's connected to a muscle that goes to my spine. Very painful and restricting,
Try a chiropractor and a therapist.
You may need a pain specialist that could arrange for you to have an injection to help with the pain. That is where I'm at. I refuse to take those stupid pain medications that mess with my brain.

Oh c**p...same:( just had ultrasound and came back normal along with all the blood work. Dr prescribed Prilosec but this just doesn't feel right. It hurts bad. I'm feeling very depressed right now:(

I've been getting this feeling and a scan revealed a lump on my liver. they now want a ct scan done. The tingling feeling goes from front to back. weird feeling not nice at all.

Hi! I quit drinking when I was 23. I am 55 now. Have the same symptoms as you. The drinking may aggravate it, but it is not causing it. Just wanted to tell you that.

I have same issues you have. I can wake up with a somewhat normal stomach and by end of day I look like I am 7 months pregnant. My pain is under my right breast rib cage and goes around to my back. All the area stays numb and tingly all day. I have done the low card diet, gluten free diet. Nothing helps. I have also been told I have a fatty liver. For someone that does not drink I feel that this is a bad thing. Hope we all find some answers soon. I have been to many doctors. Having an upper/lower GI soon.

I have diabetes and was wondering if it is related to that. Certain medications give me hives.
