painful bumps. what are they? How do I get them to go away?

I have these very painful bumps, that are all over my inner thighs, under my arms and once in awhile I get one on the side of my breast. they hurt very bad, and I can't find anything or any doctor that actually knows how to get rid of them, i have been prescribed ointments,antibotics,and even tried to pop them but they leave a very ugly dark purple scar, and also after i do pop them they have a hole right in the middle. Also when I do pop them this brown nasty puss comes out of the middle(yuk!) It even hurts really bad to walk, it just makes it worse. Does anyone know what this is and how to get rid of it
