The other night, during intercourse, my boyfriend ejaculated into me. It was the first time a guy has done that, and also our first time together. He can keep an erection after ejaculating, so we can continue, but shortly after he did, it started to burn a bit, though the pain went away maybe 10-15 minutes later. It was bad enough that I had to stop. I am just wondering what the cause of this may have been, and what I can do to prevent it. Is it just because it was a first for me, or something to do with lubricant..?

Definitely give lubricant a go.  But it one thing to keep in mind, if it is your first time having a male ejaculate inside of you - your body may not be use to it.  It can be very acidic, causing irritation.
I would suggest to start with Lubricant, which should dilute the semen ... and eventually you should become immune to it.  Of course if this persists, see your GP.
Just for piece of mind - and STI/STD shouldn't show these symptoms this quick.
