If there are additional symptoms like flaking, tenderness, redness, etc...then it could be an infection.
If there are lumps within breasts, it could be fibrocystic breasts.

umm well lets see i have sore nipples and somtimes i have cramps like im going to start but its not time umm i have taken several e.p.t test they say no but people say that i may need a blood test to know so am i pregnant ?
