Hi,I am experiencing pain in my back which seems to be related to the pain I have in my lower abdomen and my testicals.I also feel the pain between my anus and testicals also my inside legs.Im unable to run or do any physical exercise. If I attempt anything,Im unable to walk for a couple of days.Iv had my kidneys checked and had blood tests done and every thing is ok.Can anyone help?
I too have been experiencing this same or similiar pain. I have been going through this for almost 6 or more months off and on. I have gone to the doctor and of course to no avail. They put me on viacodin. Which of course only made drowsey, but still the pain continued. It had gotten as bad as to feel that my whole hip area was dislocated. I sometimes walk with a limp to ease the pain. I even cross my legs to ease the pain from my lower testicles leading to my anus area. It's a vein like thing or something. Sharp pains leading from the vien right behind my ball sack causing back pain as well. I don't really know what this is. I have a doctor's appt on this coming Monday. So prayerfully, I will get some type of answer.

Please help anyone if you can so that I can get some kind of help. Me and my groins thank in advance!

I too found I get this, its almost like a cramp sensation between the scrotum and anus, but deep inside, my prostate has been checked and there is no explanation as to why this happens, but I have found a self cure, zinc replacement seems to stop the problem and has worked for me over the last 10 years, when I stop the zinc tablets the pain returns.

My son age 18 had a varicocele tied off operation. Ever since then he has severe paid in the groin and down his legs. He runs track and sometimes can't even walk. We went back to the urologist who said all was ok but to see a neurologist. Had several ultrasounds, an MRI and Pudendal Nerve test and a regular nerve test ( EEG? I think). All came back normal and no back problems. The doctors keep passing this back to one another. Now suggesting a neuro urologist. Don't know what to do. Any suggestions? :-(

wow of course i typed into google about my specific pain, and these stories sound just like it, im 18, and in the deep abdominal/above the testicle, basically inside that area deep in, but i cant really figure it out, it goes away and i forget about it, but then it might come back for a few minutes cramping and hurting like sh*t. i went to the doctors, but basically nothing there. so i really do not know! %-)

I am a woman, but I might have some insight. Many years ago I was having a strange pain in my clitoris that felt like something pulling sharply from the inside. The pain was going down my left leg and it was so bad I couldn't do any activity, and sitting also hurt. I went to an osteopath who showed me a nerve chart. I remember him apologizing that these charts are always of men, so the nerve I was having trouble with in the chart was running through the testicles, whereas with me, it was going through my clitoris. He said, if I remember, that it was an offshoot of the sciatic nerve. He massaged my abdomen and said the muscles on the lower left side were incredibly tight and that was the origin of the pulling. He did a deep massage and stretch of all the related muscles and I instantly felt better. However, I ran out of insurance (I was a student), and I just let it go, forgetting about it. Now about 10 years later I'm dealing with a herniated disc which *I* believe is due to the same lower abdominal muscle tension, causing lower back pain, digestive issues, sciatic pain, etc etc. I think an osteopath is the way to go for this.
