Peeing a lot, stress, spotting, fatigue, dizzy

I do not know if i'm pregnant or not. My period is due next week between tueday & thursday (not sure exactly when it will come). I noticed this week that i had a severe pain in my left lower side. It really did hurt (like cramps) then i noticed there was spots of blood. I didn't know if i was ovulating or i was starting my period a week early. I've had a lot of stress in the past few months. Me & my partner did have sex while i was on my period. I was near the end or at least i thought i was. Until after we had sex i noticed that i started bleeding more (which i was just spotting near the end. They are irregular) and i went a few more days (pretty heavy).

I am on birth-control (ortho-novum oral contraceptive). I have been on it for 13yrs. I have never missed a pill and if i had i would take it when i remembered it along with the next pill.

My symptoms are:
breasts tender and sore
gas (not as normal)
loose bowels (going several times a day at least twice or three times)
peeing a lot (going more frequently)
stress
spotting a week before my menstrual cycle
fatigue
dizzy/lightheaded
very emotional (cry at everything. Not normal for me)
