I have had a spot of skin in the center of my top lip that continues to come off.. it doesnt hurt or even pose much of a problem... besides the fact that its annoying iv tried chapstick neosporin and everything but it just kinda dries up and peels off leaving it smooth until it comes back

Dermatologist (doctor for skin problems) is going to examine you and maybe on a first sight recognize what is the name of the condition which is bothering you. Whatever it is you will finally know the right diagnosis and possible treatment options. So when you do let us know what was it and how are you treating it.
