My Boyfriend and I have had sex many times; But the las two time's he has been bleeding really bad while we have had sex annd after we are done he will go in the restroom to pee and when he dose he has large blood clot's for a few day's to two week's. I am very scared and he refuses to go to the Dr.s unless he hs kicking and screaming. I pray this is a free sight for help. If not. I can't afford to pay. Your boyfriend needs to see a doctor -- NOW. The clots could be from trauma, infection, or cancer.
Sometimes, for no reason seeing some blood in the semen happens. It can be scary but is often not serious. Seeing clots and the duration of these bleeds indicates that it is likely more serious.
