I recently went to the doctor because i was diagnosed with molloscum contagiosum and went to the doctor on tuesday to get it treated. They used an acid on a couple and said in 5-7 days they would crust and fall off but theres one problem. The acid burned me, is this supposed to happen and what can i do to treat it asap.Thanks

How bad are your burns? Any "burn" should be localized to the area that was treated.
The acid they use is supposed to be fairly mild. You can expect some irritation, that's normal. I'm guessing that these were on or near the head of your penis (common location) and now it is very sore. The glans is very sensitive due to a lot of nerve endings.
It should get better soon but if it is bothering you then a topical anesthetic might be available. You should check with your doctor as to what you can use. You may/may not need a prescription depending upon their recommendation and as I don't know what country you live in, what is available.
Give the doctor a call and ask.

It may not look pretty now but it will look better soon. There really isn't much that can be done for that. The spots will flake off and after a while you won't notice where they were.
I don't think there is any option other than time.
