Hello,

If a penis is slightly curved, can that be fixed in any way? What could cause this? Genitics, clothing. Is there a health issue/blood circulation issue I should be worried about?
I am 18.
I wouldnt worry to much, I would have to say, it depends where you have your penis located during the years of growing up. Located in your briefs or pants. If your penis is always pointing toward your belly button than, the penis is being formed that way. Over my whole life I had always had my penis on the left side of my leg, and now when I have an erected my penis dones't point straight but off and curve to the left, which I indead like a lot. But again if your penis is lets say curved upwards in your pants, than when you have an erection your penis comes out of the pants a bit, to where mine goes down my leg a bit. Just a tip do not force the penis, downward, straight downward in your pants, it causes a lot of pain in the testes.

Most of the time a curved penis is the result of the way it was being placed in your jockey while growing up. If you kept it pointing down it will probably have a downward curve and the same goes for any other direction it was placed. An other reason might also be masturbation. If you were to use one hand all the time, it might cause the penis to curve in the opposite direction. So to fix this it is always a good idea to switch hands every other time. Quite a number of sidways curved penises occur as Preyonies Complaint, its a simple problem caused by insufficient Vitamin E in the diet. Since we stopped stone grinding wheat and commenced steel roller milling to produce flour, the level of Vitamin E has been considerably reduced due to the presence of the iron in the milling process.

Get onto Vitamin E capsules, take 2000 milligrams a day. If your member does not straighten out you should see a urologist.

I had never heard aobut this problem. Can you tell me a little more about it? I didn't know that it had to do with wheat flour. What if you happen to get enough vitamin E but you still have this problem? Can you explain a little more to me please?

As I said in my earlier response, the problem of suideways penile curvature or bending is usually due tp Preyonies Complaint, a condition caused by inadequate vitmin E intake. What happens is that the capsule enclosing the erectile tissue becomes variably thickened and less able to stretch. A urologist friend of mine told me about this years ago, and he recommended 2000 mgm of vitanin E a day for a couple of months as the cure. He mentioned that the complaint was a "new" medical problem that arose from the introduction of steel-roller milling of wheat for flour.

If there is any genital cancer in either of your family lines see a urologist promptly, but I think you will find tha 3000 mgm of vitamin E a day for a couple of months should fix the problem; and it would be a good idea to go on a maintenance vitamin E intake of 500 mgm a day for the rest of your life. Apart from keeping your member healthy, vitamin E is damn good for the cardiovascular system as well as other bodily functions.

Good luck, and let us know how you come through.

HI Prometheus, so what you're saying is that it is causes the erection to be crooked based on flour? What if you get vitamin E from other sources? ALso, how do you spell the name of the erectile issue? I cannot seem to find it anywhere on google. Let me know okay?

You have sent me back to my texts; so let's get our spelling right to begin!

The complaint (the bent erect penis) is called Peyronie's Disease, and it caused by plaque formation on the sheath that contains the erectile corpora cavernosa(two on the upper or dorsal side of the penis) and corpus spongiosom that surrounds the uretha on the ventral or lower side of the penis. This plaque is less elastic and restrict the extension of the penis on the side where the plaque is located. I repeat, the plaque causes the bend, not the flour!

As I indicated earlier, the problem is thought to be the result of insufficient vitamin E intake from the diet, a modern phenomena, caused by the degredation of vitamin E in flour milled by the steel roller milling process; and since bread and other wheat based cereal products forms a fair proportion of our food intake, there is a corresponding decrease of vitamin E compared with flour and products made from stone ground flour.

My further reading tells me that there is some doubt of the efficiency of mega dose vitamin E, but as my urologist friend told me years ago, it is worth trying for a couple of months as it could prevent the need for surgical intervention.

If you need further information, I suggest that you see a urologist who can then best advise you of your condition, and institute remedial measures to overcome your problem.

I am afraid that I ccan be of no further benefit to you as you have exhausted my knowledge of the subject.

I wish you well, and hope that your treatment is simple and effective.

My previous reply was gobbled up in the system.

Concerning the bent erect penis: the correct spelling for the complaint is Peyronie's Disease, and it seen when plaques build up on one side of the sheath enclosing the erectile tissue, the two corpora cavernosa that lie paralel to the third corpus spongiosum that encloses the urethra; the corpra cavernosa are side by side on the top (dorsal) aspect of the penis and the corpus spongiosum is on the midline on the lower (ventral) aspect. There is a clear diagram of the structure of the penis on Google: Penis Structure.

The cause of the plaque formation was/is thought to be related to insufficient vitamin E in the diet, due principally to the change from stone grinding wheat into flour to steel roller milling of wheat into flour; the iron catalyses the decomposition of the vitamin E, causing all flour based products to be low in vitamin E. The long-term use of this vitamin E deficient flour causes the dietry deficiency, which in turn encourages the formation of the penile plaque. In the past treatment with megadose vitamin E some relief or cures were obtained, but there are other treatments available today from urologists. You can start treating yourself with 3000 mgm of vitamin E capsules a day for a couple of months. If the problem goes away, maintain a daily dosage of 500 mgm for ever. But if it does not improve, see a urologist.

Good luck. And keep us posted with your progress.

Hi Prometheus, with the correct spelling I was able to do some more reading on it! I think that what it indicated when I did reasearch though is that it only affects 1-4% of men who actually have a crooked penis so I don't know if it is the same case in this poster's case. I honestly don't know one way or the other to be honest, only because it seems to not affect that many. Isn't it possible to overdose on vitamin E if he takes too much and it turns out it's not Peyronie's Disease?

I have never heard of any complications to a diet which is higher than usual in vitamin E, but let us say that overdosing on vitamin E would be as harmful as overdosing on vitamin C or any of the vitamin B group. The same is not the case with vitamin A, as Scott in the Antarctic discovered when he and other members of his party were blinded by the vitamin A they got from their dogs' livers they were eating. The dogs had been fed on seal meat which was high in vitamin A, the vitamin A was concentrated in the dogs' livers.

I think we have exhausted this topic, so at this point I shall sign off; I will not be responding to any further posts on this.

Personally i'd discourage taking 2000mg vitamin E per day.

Adult men (22-50 jaar) need 11,8mg vitamin E per day, women need 9,3mg. The maximum safe dosage of vitamin E is concidered to be around 300mg per day (25x the recommended daily dose)
As to the result of taking massive doses anyway i'll simply refer to this article: [

(...) the risk of death starts to increase at 150 IU, but at 400 IU, which is the typical dose available in vitamin E capsules, the risk of dying from any cause is about 10 percent higher than for people not taking the vitamin. At megadoses, such as 2,000 IU of vitamin E, the risk increased more than 20 percent. (...)

As a sidenote, I belive Jukebox Hero is right, no girl finds a slightly bent penis awkward. I'll even go the length and say if you use it correctly, you'll pleasure the women more because it reaches spots a straight penis wouldn't.
