My penis swell after a more intensive sex session, and has been in this condition for the fourth month running. No STD. It is the spongy tissue under the head that has enlarged and is more evident when errect, it kinda balloons out. No pain at all, and no libido damage.
I happened in January. I had sex a couple of times in February, but completely abstained from it in March, hoping the swelling will subside. I think there is some improvement, but still far from complete healing.
What do you think, whats this. Sometimes I suggest I have contracted some very rare illnes.

You've got to see a medical professional if you haven't already. I hope that you have. I also hope that you have abstained from sexual activity until you have stds or infections ruled out.
