Hello, I am 27 years old. I've been having unusual discharge from the vagina, no pain but itching and mild burning sometimes. I also noticed recently something like rash in my perineum area. There are tinny bumps. So, what could it be? I am sexually active, so I am worried about STD mostly, any idea?
So, I have something that looks like rash between the vagina and the rectum as I understood. I would say genital warts, because they can occur in perineum area, and I know I had them. a sexually transmitted disease and it can also cause outbreaks in the vulva, vagina, cervix, or anal area and is sometimes accompanied by other infections witch can be explanation for unusual discharge. However, Unusual mucus coming from the vagina is a common problem and not all infections are sexually transmitted, so don't assume that vaginal discharge means that you have an STD. you have to see a gyno right away.
