Period 6 months lump in my throat headaches ear ache and jaw pain all on the same side;

it might be allergies or a bad bite.maybe your jaw is not sitting in the proper place and ts messing with your throat maybe going to the dentist and getting braces would help

i have the same issue's going on right now. i have bumps on the back of my tongue along with the tightening of my throat on the left side. i also just started today with my jaw bone feeling odd running up to my ear. i feel like i cannot swallow. i've been to doctors and they've told lme it is allergies. right now they have me gargling with liquid Benadryl, liquid lanacain, and maalox. even amounts for about 30 seconds every 4 hours. it seems like my tongue is getting better since it started about a month ago but i'm going to my dentist tommorrow and i will see what he says. i've been talking to my sister in law who is a nurse/doctor and she is convinced it is not cancer but it's all to scary for me. i'm hoping he has a better grip on what this all might be.

I've had this problem for over two years as well and recently decided to plug my nose and pop both of my ears. Seems to be clearing up now. Going to follow up with some ear wax softening and cleaning both ears out. I think it may be a problem with eustacian tubes not functioning properly post-infection. Seems as though they needed a kick start (popping) to get them functioning again. Maybe they were crusted up with old mucus?

I have exactly the same thing, lump in throat and now a pain in my chest right through to my back. It is quite scary, I'm on my third lot of antibiotics. I was wondering if you ever got this problem resolved or what it is.

Wow this is what I have (whatever it is) dizzinezs ears pop and drain lump in my throat and under jawline, slight pressure in my chest.going on a year now. I was diagnosed with severe anxiety 3 years ago. Lemme ask something bcuz this is the strangest of my symptoms... when I put a cotton ball or qtip to my face neck or chest my face feels almost magnetic. Has any one else expeeienced this????

hope I don't offend but my daughter has the same and we think it may be a nerves damage problem from the brain due to inhaling plant food, I think it's all so called mencap or meow. did any of you guys ever do this? she also has a lot of anxiety related problems.

Yes I've had the same thing. When I was young I used to get this feeling as if I pulled a musket in my neck and I wouldn't be able to swallow without pain. I would simply stretch my mouth open as far as I could and the "muscle" in my throat would "pop" and everything would go back to normal. That would happen like twice a year maybe. Earlier this year it happened again and it was harder for me to "pop it" back into place and I felt like I couldn't breathe because I couldn't swallow as long as the "muscle" was in the way. Finally I relaxed and it sort of went away. About a month after that it happened again but it didn't get in the way of me swallowing. It just felt like a painful aggravating lump in my throat. The aching then moved to the left side of my teeth only. Then up into my left eye and my left side of my head. It aches so bad it brought me to tears. I had to travel to California the following day and it was aching while in the plane and finally once I got off the plane I had to go straight to the ER because it hurt so bad. The doctor there said it wasn't cancer and they didn't know what was going on because they couldn't see anything. I got some tension reliever pills from my aunt and just popped those all day everyday and eventually it went away. That was 8 months ago. This past week it happened again and I'm suffering as we speak. I can't sleep because the aching in my neck and teeth is so agrivating. And the "lump" in my throat is sensitive to the touch. My 8 month old hit it on accident while I was holding him and I jumped because it was so painful. Put when I push on it myself from the outside of my neck I just feel slight soreness. So I guess when touched from a certain angle it's much more painful. Also, if I bend over or try to turn my neck I can feel the pain as well. It feels like I have a lump in the left side of my throat that aches ALL DAY. I've been taking Zanex for the pain at night and to try to help me go to sleep. I don't know what to do.

I also have an anxiety disorder and immediately jump to worst case scenario. I can eat fine and swallowing is no problem.It just started today. If it does not go away, i will see my doctor. It also mildly hurts into bottom part of my ear. Im trying to think positive that it is nothing major. Its in my jaw too so it may be my tmj....just a real pain...and i really want an answer as to what it could be
