Period Lasted For Only 1 Day !!

I am 20yrs old and i get regular periods lasting about 3-4 days but this time it lasted only for a day.

Last week i was down with flu and was under medication, also i haven't had sex recently.

Its been stressful.

Could stress and medication be the reason for a 1 day period ?

i keep thinking abt it and keep looking for the answers but i cant find 1..

please help me..
