I'm 24 and have periods every 31-40 days and they last 5-7 days but this week it was very light and only lasted 2 days and couple days after been having stomach pain and pressure any helpful advice plz

If you are late just take a test. If the spotting is brown or pink and it is 6-10 days after ovulation it may possibly be implantion. If it is implantion then wait 2 days then take a test.
