I take nasal sprays all the time, but I constantly have phlegm… this mucus thing. Can I relate this with asthma? I am constantly trying to get rid of it. I also feel the embarrassment of coughing and spitting when my husband is around. I feel like one of the guys.

Sorry, but I am Glad to hear that I'm not the only one who suffers with the phlegm thing. I do have asthma and it does get very annoying when your family can't own up to the fact that I'm trying to clear my throat and get it out, they think I'm sick. I am on the Advair 500, Singular and Nexium for the Gerd, plus I have a lot of food allergies that really stuffs me up and causes a lot of you guessed it phlegm.
