Im 17 and ive had these pimple like things on my testicles for a bit now, out of curiosity i managed to pop one and a white substance came out, (as to which i compare to puss) and im just a bit worried about it, because, i cant get rid of them, and look mighty bad down there. If you know what this is, please help me. If its of any help, im still a virgin, and don't drink or smoke.
