Pimple on Gluteus and red glows on scrotum

Last night I felt what I think is a pimple on my left butt cheek. My wife said it was too dark to be a pimple so I'm gonna check it out if it don't disappear in a few days.



For some time now I've had what must be blood capillaries on my scrotum.




I think the first is just a pimple and the second seems to be common issue with guys.


Should I worry about these?
