first wash the area with rice bran soap using an exfoliating scrub, pat dry then mix 1tablespoon baking soda with 2 tablespoon water and rub it gently on the affected area for 1min. Wash with water and pat dry with towel. air dry the area for at least ten minutes then apply any salicylic lotion or any AHA/BHA lotion mix. Do this am and pm and your butt skin will improve in a week. If your skin cant tolerate the baking soda scrub just use it once a day.

Do sex hormones test! I've had that problem for 2 years now (and I'm 20.) It turned out that my hormone levels were messed up. Other syndroms were hirsuitism, although nothing even noticable, and policystic ovaries. Baby pills can keep hormone leves quite in order so maybe you should consider it! :)

Hey, I'm a 26 year old Male and I've been dealing with these butt pimples and dark spots (blemishes/ache scars) since I was 14 years old or that's as early as I can remember. Keep in my mind, my whole life I have been a sugar-inhaling garbage food-eating kid. It wasn't till about a year ago I really started to take charge of my life and take care of my temple/body. Now, since about a year ago, I've been eating natural foods, no more processed stuff, no more sugars (especially from sodas and juices), and I'm constantly keeping myself hydrating, here and there I'll have cup of joe for the day but thats my limit. I've seen amazing changes in the chemistry of body but most of all, my butt. I no longer get clusters of pimples from time to time, it's usually just one pimpled or two a month, and that's if I've had a vigorous workout and took a long break before my shower.. Keeping your butt clean of sweat/dirt is a must!
Oh, another thing, besides changing my diet and starting a workout regime, I also shower on the daily now, everynight, and I scrub my buttcheeks good with this product that I really beleive worked wonders for my skin. It's called Blemish Control Apricot Scrub by St. Ives. In small print it says: Oil-Free Salicylic Acid Acne Medication, 100% Natural Exfoliants/Dermatologist Tested/Paraben-Free. But(Butt) ya, this stuff worked beautiful for my butt. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend it.
So fixing this problem came down to three things:
1) Changing my diet to all natural diet.
2) Keeping my body hydrating by constantly drinking water throughout the day.
3) Daily shower/exfoliate regime on the butt.
Hope this will fix your problems as it has mine. :] It does take time too, but I'll tell you this, after a couple weeks of doing it, the change of the look of my butt was drastically improved and noticeable. Most of the dark spots turned to little red spots and soon faded to the tiniest of spots - so tiny that you wouldn't be able to notice in the brightest lit room unless you took a microscope up to it.

that is funny i 20 years old and I have exactly the same problems and i do the exact same thing by turning off the light when I'm with my guy. I came to look for this site because Easter is coming too and i want to wear my swim suit. I've seen a dermatologist and they told me there isn't anything that can be done. she said i have sensitive skin and the climate here in Belize make it even worst
