it could be nothing, but i just wanted to make sure before i told my parents

i am a 15 year old male, i found two smooth pink spots on my scrotum that is mostly dark. i noticed because they are in stark contrast. they dont itch or anything, but i'm just wondering if anything could be wrong before i embarass myself.

they look kind of like burns, but i think i would remember burning my testicles.

i also could have not noticed it until now, and it could have existed for some time.
