I took Plan B back in December after unprotected sex. I got my period early that month and then it regulated to that new cycle. However, now in May, I am 1-2 days late although last month my period lasted an extra day. Could I still be experiencing effects of the Plan B or could it just be the fact that my period lasted an extra day last month that is making it late?
I am not on the pill or anything and my period, since the Plan B, was a 26, then 25, then three months of a 27 day cycle. Before the Plan B it varied from 26 - 29 days. Could I just be normalizing back out to being not so regular?

Hi:
My thought is that this is not a problem. Being one or two days off is insignificant. I am learning so much about how women really keep track of things. Maybe it's those who are concerned about pregnancy. I don't think that I've EVER paid attention to exact days, except when I thought I was pregnant with my two, (now grown) sons. It's amazing. My point is that you sound fine. Your best bet is to see a doctor to ask the questions about Plan B. I do know that it will cause irregularities. Perhaps you can call the dr's office and speak to a nurse who should be able to answer other questions. This might save you a trip to the office. Either way, it sounds like you'll be just fine. Let us know what you find out.
