I want to talk to my Doctor about Suboxone treatment or something similar, my problem is that I am a Nurse and I am worried that it may effect my job. I am very embarrased and ashamed about this problem which has sneaked up on me. Tylenol #1 is available over the counter so I do not have a script for it. My question is - Will this issue be between me and my doctor, I really want help with this and I know I will not be able to beat it without this help but not at the expense of my job. When I take tylenol #1 I feel completely normal when I stop I am in hell and end up giving in and taking some.

Hallo! I completely understand your concern, but I would take seriously this knee problem of yours, it doesen't stop for the last two years. Maybe this could be solved in short time, maybe your boses at workplace would be understanding about your problem, maybe it wouldn't involve any job loss. Anyway, you know you should put your helth before anything else and go for the real medical help. The Tylenol #1 will not solve the problem. I hope you'll get well soon. Take care.
