I have been detected with the polycyst ovaries in both ovaries, my age is 24 years. I get irregular periods, all my hormones level as wella s sugar level is fine........

as i am planning to conceive a baby, so do i have to get rid of these cysts first, by exercise and loosing weight Or can I calculate my ovulation period for conceiving?
