Whenever I take a poo, at the end, it starts bleeding, it has been going on for about 3 times now. It gets worse every time, i'm really freaked out. (I'm a boy too)
Go to you Doctor, you will probably be given a small sampling device to obtain a sample of your "poo" so that it can be analysed.
