Hi, im new to this and just need some advice. i came off the contraceptive pill in october i think it was and have had periods since. Last month I was 4 days late but this month I am now 9 days late, I have been having period pains throughout the week and usually come on the next day but never did. I also have been having lower back pain but again I suffer from a bad back so it could just be that?! I know voming off the pill can give u pregnancy type symptoms as it did last month. I have taken 2 pregnancy tests which have both shown up negative but then I might have taken them too early? Can anyone advise me please, I really want to know whats going on....thank u for any help x
