I had a missed abortion about three weeks ago and it was so devastating because we were looking forward to having a child. I already have two children and this was my first miscarriage. I got my regular cycle 28 days after the missed abortion. We desperately would like another child, am I more fertile now or when can we start back trying again? And also what is a missed abortion?
