No, you have no reason to get pregnant from him as you need to have sperm ejaculated or inserted into your vagina for you to become pregnant. You were dry humping with at least underwear on when he ejaculated, now his sperm would have had to travel through his boxers and your panties into your vagina thus impregnating you - not happening. Relax, get some condoms, and you will avoid these pregnancy scares!
