You can only get pregnant if sperm gets INTO your vagina, not just near it.
A 48 day cycle is very long. The typical cycle is about 28-30 days. Is it a problem? No. But you might want to mention it to your ob/gyn at your next exam.

You can never say "never" when it comes to pregnancy but the chances of you getting pregnant would be infinitesimal.
