I had sex with my boyfriend on July 23 without a condom. I am taking birth control pills. I just got back from a trip so it has been hard to take them at a specific time. But I have been taking them. That day I thought I had ended my period. But on the 24 I realized I hadn't. But the night on the 23rd I had been getting sharp pains near my ribs and my stomach area. And this morning on the 24th I have been having them again. Am I pregnant or is this like abdominal pain?
Depending on when you started taking the birth control, it's possible that you could still get pregnant. Missing even one day of those pills can mess it all up. Take a deep breath, relax, and wait a week or so to take a home pregnancy test.
I started taking them like 3 or 4 months ago. Like I said in my post, I have been taking them just not at a specific time.
It's probably just abdominal pain, then, if you've been taking your pills like you say you have. You're most likely not pregnant.
