hello. everything can go OK, without having any type of complications, that is correct. I know several cases where the gallbladder polyps were not a problem to pregnancy. A good portion of polyps in the gallbladder is non-cancerous which is a good thing, of course. If there was a concern, they would suggest removal towards the end of the pregnancy and not wait until after you have your baby. I have one polyp in mine, it is not large, but I can feel it because sometimes I am in pain because of it. I think that good diet program will help you during your pregnancy period,

I had gallbladder polyps and stones while I was pregnant with no complications. Eat a proper diet with lots of fiber.

I have been diagnosed with uterine polyps, and I was wondering if I can still get pregnant, and will it harm the baby?
