I have had it too for about 6 months since I a few months before I quit smoking.
I thought maybe it was smoking related but it hasnt cleared up.
I thought maybe an infection, so I changed my diet maybe 5 Or 6 times.
I thought maybe it was a nitrogen deficiency (i was a vegetarian for 10 years) so I started eating beef...
Then I thought maybe growing pains, and I have put on 30lbs (still look like a twig, I'm where the weight is hiding), but the only noticable growth is my cheek bones and upper jaw.
I have noticed after it's on a certain eye, it may be slightly forward from the Other eye.
Idk I'm clueless.
I got off birth control a year ago (i think that played a part)
I quit drinking 8-9 months ago (i gave up the once a month drink due to problems getting off birth control), and I gave up smoking after being a smoker on and off for 6 years.
As of now I'm on a really strict diet of beef, eggs, butter and the occasional apple with organic crunchy peanut butter.
I stopped wearing makeup, stopped bleaching my hair, took out all jewelry.
The only thing I still have are those damn porcelain fillings I got put in for some cavities that I didn't actually have at the time.
Unfortunately now that they are in I can't seem to get am out even though I never had an actual cavity, but really had soon to expire insurance and a dentist whose office was closing....
So idk. I've started going at them with a pair of scissors and scraping them once or twice a month, but that s all I have left to guess.
I tried upping my Sun intake, decreasing my Sun intake, increasing and decreasing fat intake, switched to all organic, started exercising more, spent more days at rest, Speaking less, Speaking more, more water, less water, letting it do what it's doing, try to stop it, meditation, yoga, dance, running, get a new job, lost that job, moved into a new house, kicked cat and dog out if room, showered more, showered less ad nauseam.
In the end im wondering if it's the fillings.... I have no other foreign body inside me to speak of...
I'm I have tried everything. I think since it is limited to my face it must be due to teeth fillings, especially since that are in particular is the worst...
Dentists are conviced teeth are dead and will not remove as the insist my teeth can't handle it (if that were the case why do people file their teeth).
I hate the dentist... So I'm stuck doing my own dental work and the progress has been slow. I even tried lemon and baking soda. It hurt the teeth like crazy for a day, but did not remove the filling...

that seem to go from light to intense. Have been stuck with this for
almost 3 years. Also been to many doctors and therapists. They all
seem to be in the dark as to a solution. Maybe there isn't one and
we all are stuck with it.

So I have exactly what you are feeling. It's like an invisible entity tugging on the end of my nose, and sometimes on the top of my head. It also feels like there is an absurd amount of pressure in my sinuses right behind my nose and just above the roof of my mouth. I had thought the worst of it, but then I finally had my blood tested. I virtually had no vitamin d in my blood, and ridiculously low vitamin b12. A lot of the causes from low levels of these vitamins is muscle pains, anxiety, etc. I've begun taking b12 every morning and vitamin d (d3 natural version not d2 the synthetic version) in the evening. It takes about 3 months to replenish low levels of vitamins in your blood, mainly because you urinate the excess out. It has been about a month now, and I've seen a noticeable improvement. I'm confident that I will continue to get better as long as I stay on these vitamins while maintaining decent nutrition. I just wanted to chime in on this thread because I've gone through this and it really freaked me out.
